What’s included at each level?
Mera Bronze (from £300 a month) includes monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, VAT preparation and submission, payroll for 1 employee, email support, an annual financial review call, annual accounts and corporation tax. Mera Silver (from £650 a month) includes everything in Bronze, plus monthly management accounts, a monthly Profit & Loss review with commentary, payroll for up to 5 employees, phone and email support and a quarterly (rather than annual) review call. Mera Gold (from £1,200 a month) includes everything in Silver plus cashflow monitoring, a monthly KPI dashboard, a monthly strategy call, finance processes reviewed, improved and automated as you grow, direct access when a decision can’t wait, and annual budgeting. Pricing is shown as “from” because scope varies by client; we confirm your exact fee after a short discovery call.
Do you handle my year end accounts and corporation tax?
Yes. Annual accounts and corporation tax are included as standard in every package, from Bronze upwards, so there’s nothing extra to arrange separately at year end.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. Our packages are rolling monthly with no fixed minimum term, so you can leave with notice if it’s no longer the right fit.
What if I’m not on Xero yet?
No problem. We work exclusively in Xero, and if you’re not set up on it yet, we’ll get you onboarded as part of getting started, alongside Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and Google Meet for meetings.
Can I move up a package later as the business grows?
Yes, and it’s a common path. Many clients start on Mera Bronze for the essentials, then move up to Silver once they want monthly management accounts and more regular insight into the business, and later to Gold when they need forward-looking financial strategy. Packages are rolling monthly, so there’s no lock-in either way.
