Mera Silver (from £650 a month) includes monthly bookkeeping, monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, VAT preparation and submission, payroll for up to 5 employees, email support and a quarterly review call. Mera Gold (from £1,200 a month) includes everything in Silver plus cashflow monitoring, a monthly KPI dashboard, a monthly strategy call, process improvement recommendations, priority support and annual budgeting. Pricing is shown as “from” because scope varies by client; we confirm your exact fee after a short discovery call.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. Our packages are rolling monthly with no fixed minimum term, so you can leave with notice if it’s no longer the right fit.
Do you work with businesses outside Fife?
Yes. We work with businesses across the UK. Everything is delivered remotely through Xero and video calls, so location isn’t a barrier.
What software do you use?
We work exclusively in Xero for accounting, alongside Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and Google Meet for meetings. If you’re not yet on Xero, we can help you get set up.
What if we already have a bookkeeper?
That’s fine, it’s your choice. Many clients prefer Mera to take bookkeeping over entirely as part of Silver, so everything sits under one monthly fee. If you’d rather keep your existing bookkeeper, we can offer a lighter oversight-only arrangement instead. We’ll agree what works for you on your discovery call.
